Rules of Engagement
August 16, 2012 by Krista MorganHearing from our supporters and donors makes us incredibly happy. But we’re not completely happy until we know that you are. So, we are excited to introduce you to the newly-established Engagement Team. That’s right – a team of 10 interns and 3 team leaders whose sole purpose is to make sure you’re taken care of. And we’re proud to tell you that everyone on the team loves to talk on the phone, knows everything, and are chipper all day every day. Those are the three rules.
To those who have been supporting us over the years, as well as our new supporters, this is a way to offer you our best in customer service. They aim to ensure that each question, email, and phone call is answered quickly, correctly, and politely. Along with handling standard customer service issues (like the status of your order, how you can request a screening, or where you can go to apply to work here – hint, hint), the self-proclaimed “Engagement Ring” will have the pleasure of answering TRI & Legacy donor questions, program-related inquiries, and speaking to those who call with any question pertaining to our organization.
So try them out – ask them anything. They’re waiting to engage you.
