About

We believe IC is not just a charity, but a group of people choosing to live differently. This blog highlights what we're up to as an organization, what inspires us, challenges us, and makes us laugh. It's our collective mind written down. We invite you to read, think critically, and speak openly.

INVISIBLE CHILDREN INC.

Invisible Children uses film, creativity and social action to end the use of child soldiers in Joseph Kony's rebel war and restore LRA-affected communities in central Africa to peace and prosperity.

Last Spring I watched Black is for Sunday, and just last week had the opportunity to meet Jolee and the first Ugandan Invisible Child to be the scholarship recipient at Boise State University. For the past two years our students have coordinated an Invisible Children’s night and raised almost $8,000 for the schools to schools program. We’ll do the same this year. I’d love to show the film as a kick off to our new efforts this year. How do I get a copy?

I am crazy in love with the Invisible Children organization. I’m actually working on starting a club right now at my school to raise money. it’s a great cause <3
