Music We Like :: O Brother

We’ve been out across the country traveling with a couple of our favorite bands for the last 2 weeks: Manchester Orchestra and Biffy Clyro. And have since discovered 2 more on this tour… The Features and O Brother.

O Brother consists of a few genuine boys from Atlanta, GA who have supported Invisible Children for quite a while. And after talking with Andy from Manchester Orchestra, their story got better. When THRICE and M.O were discussing who to bring as a supporting band on their upcoming tour together in April, Andy brought up his friends in O Brother. As it turns out, THRICE was already huge fans. Riley from THRICE says this:

“I first heard O’Brother when my drum tech, Jon, played me their Death Of Day EP on the bus a few tours ago. I was hooked instantly, and that EP ended up being one of my favorite pieces of music that I heard last year. Since then, they’ve been a constant on my playlist, and I’m really looking forward to seeing them play every night for a few weeks.”

We think you should listen too.

Dates for the tour are HERE. Come show your support of some GREAT musicians… and pick up an Invisible Children shirt or two to help end this war.
